Further Photos from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Additionally featured in this latest document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the American territory.

Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

This development map is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend labelling distinct parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
